Students will learn how to bake basic desserts, from sponge cakes to pound cakes. Traditional decorations of traditional european cakes. Supply list will be distributed by instructor on the first night of class.

You will learn to create basket weave, flowers, and use buttercream and fondant. These are just a few of the many hands-on techniques you'll practice in class. Extra supply fee for this class.

Learn to use fondant to create glamorous cakes. Make holiday cakes, theme cakes, create flowers, and much more. Teacher will hand out supply list first night. Fondant is included in the price of the class. Other supplies will need to be purchased by the student.

A little bit of light, basic, and gourmet. Enjoy easy recipes that are a variety of "light", basic and gourmet with Laena. Classes run Thursdays 9/2, 16, 23, 30, 10/7, 14, 21, 28. No class on 9/9.

Chef Betina Cariati will introduce you to the best that Southern Italy has to offer. Learn authentic recipes for traditional pasta and meat favorites, as well as new dishes that will expand your Italian repertoire. No class 9/6/10.
