Bring own camera and flash drive. Fundamentals of Photography introduces students to the basic operation of a digital camera. For this class, your camera must be a DSLR (digital single lens reflex) with an interchangeable lens and must have the ability to store images in RAW format. You will also learn useful tricks, framing and how to work with your digital image files. There will be weekly shooting assignments. No previous knowledge required.

Advanced Digital Photography is a highly technical and detailed class that thoroughly examines the specifics of how a digital camera works and how to get precise exposure and color rendition. You will embark upon a journey of discovery, testing and examing how to harness the precision of a digital camera in the creative process.
